1/144 scale Victory Gundam Series
These are all the series of Victory Gundam that I have.
and this time as my friend Mafty requested, I will try to review the series
starting from the 1/144 series..
The 1/144 Victory Gundam series are not very common to see in many hobby shops
they kind off a little bit rare I guess
that is why I have to buy them directly from Japan T^T
and there are not much off an option, I just buy all that still in stock.
because many items already discontinued.
so I managed to get these three 1/144 Victory Gundam series gunplas.
The 1/144 Victory Gundam series are made in 1993
so it is very common to be discontinued already.
The Victory gundam series are smaller than average gundam who is 18 meter tall or more
The Victory gundam series only about 15 meter tall
Thats why the 1/144 victory gundam series look so small than the other 1/144 series.
These series are very interesting gunplas for me
They already has a simple inner frame despite the small size of the kit itself
and maybe the first 1/144 scale gunpla that have inner frame before the 1/144 RG (Real Grade) series
They have strange runner too, which is you can easily assemble the gunpla just by snapping 2 runner together, after inserting the inner frame off course. Well.. I didnt document this phase when I was assembling it but you can easily find how it was assemble on Youtube :)
They come also with stand and postcard size background picture that can be snap to the stand too
The V gundam have and extra core buster
The V dash gundam have an extra head for the Hexa type
The V2 gundam have the wing burst clear part (which is not available on the 1/100 or 1/60 scale )
oh.. by the way I only snap-fit my vintage collection to preserve their historic value
maybe with a little marking too.
and here the rest of the pictures..

ReplyDeletengiler abis V Dash nya V Hexanya :(
ReplyDeleteMmmm, these models look very plain, I guess back then Bandai made them all like that. It was 1993 after all...
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they would look better with gundam marker lines but for some reason the plastic looks "glossy" like the ink of the marker would slip and run like mascara when crying.
Nice review.
Wing of Light is only available for HG 144? Ok, I guess. It's like HG Destiny Gundam has it while RG Destiny Gundam sold it separately.
ReplyDeleteYour way of describing the whole thing in this article is genuinely good, all be capable
ReplyDeleteof without difficulty understand it, Thanks a lot.
