1/2400 Zanzibar Class Cruiser

I found this kit in a small merchandise and phone accessories booth in Galaxy Mall Surabaya, it's quite a surprise to found it there, and the price is even more surprising,
I got it only for 15,000.00 IDR or about 1.5 USD
They say its a very old stock, so the price just like that back then.

 

As always, as collector, I preserve the originality of the model kit by only snap-fitting them, maybe a little painting later, but no modifying is allowed.

Snap-fitting this kit is not as simple as the new model kits, the kits still need cement to glue them together.
so when it done, you cannot unsnap them again for whatever reason, so when in come to painting it, you will have to paint them as one complete part, so masking here and there are require for different color to be applied. Apparently I still don't have the time to paint them :p

This is the extra booster, but I like the Zanzibar more without it.
